I attended the prenatal classes with Claire back in February to prepare for labour, my daughter was due in March. The classes were very relaxed and friendly and the exercises prepared me both physically and emotionally for the big day. As a true testament I managed the labour process without gas and air by using yogic breathing and the simple poses taught at the sessions! I would definitely recommend Claire to anyone wanting to use natural methods during labour.
